Life with Derek is a Canadian television sitcom that aired on Family and VRAK.TV in Canada and on Disney Channel in the United States. The series premiered on Family on September 18, 2005, and ran for four seasons, ending its run on March 25, 2009. The series starred Michael Seater and Ashley Leggat as the two oldest children in a stepfamily. It ended with 70 episodes and one spin-off television film, entitled Vacation with Derek.

Chef Pisghetti has come up with a new recipe for Giardino Burgers-hamburgers containing no meat. He trusts George to take a box of prepared burgers out to his truck to get sent to the annual firefighter's picnic but George accidentally puts them on the wrong truck. Having lost the burgers George recalls that the chef's recipe was all pictures. He finds the notepad where the chef had drawn everything and finds the recipe for the burgers. Or is it the Chef's plan to expand his rooftop garden?

George has gone to Mabel's Department Store where they find that a girl named Cayley has opened up a new candy counter. George notices that all of her candies are unique, each in a different shape and color After Cayley has to run out to buy more ingredients she leaves George in charge of the counter. George is trying to examine the different types of candies when he knocks over all of the candy displays and must now find a way to count all of the candy and re-stack it.

Back at home, Julie tells her dad she is being suspended from school because she's been accused of plagiarism.

A reality show contest where sixteen or more castaways split between two or more “Tribes” are taken to a remote isolated location and are forced to live off the land with meager supplies for roughly 39 days. Frequent physical challenges are used to pit the tribes against each other for rewards, such as food or luxuries, or for “Immunity”, forcing the other tribe to attend “Tribal Council”, where they must vote off one of their players.

While heading to the first stop on their journey, Pikachu is captured by Team Rocket and Ash and co. are not far behind. After their balloon popped Team Rocket found Pikachu protected by a Turtwig. When Ash and co. find Pikachu with Turtwig its caretaker, a kindly old lady by the name of Clara, invited them over for lunch. Turns out she's a Pokémon Caretaker and Turtwig (like Bulbasaur before it) is her bodyguard but it really likes Ash. Will Ash accept Turtwig?

The Shadow Dragon takes the Rabbit Power Band, but it is damaged and has created four copies of Ling, each with their own personality, causing trouble for Ang and even the Zodiac Master. It is seen that Ang seems to have a bit of a crush on the Rabbit Guardian, Hye.

After Mode is forced to abandon its big Christmas photo shoot because another magazine has copied the idea, Betty forms an uneasy alliance with Marc and Amanda. The three fear they may have leaked the idea to someone at the rival mag. Meanwhile, Daniel and Wilhelmina reluctantly work together to come up with a new photo spread as Mode's deadline looms, and Betty's nephew, Justin, is oblivious to the turmoil as he spends a day at the magazine for a class project.

Also, Abby and Pratt try an unconventional method for treating a heart patient and Neela tries a risky procedure which doesn't sit well with her chief.
