The whole school has caught Yu-Gotta-Go fever, a role playing card game, except Chuckie. When he finally starts playing, it becomes an obsession, and he's hired by Angelica to do her chores in exchange for more cards. He becomes one of the school's elite players, but in the pursuit of an elusive card, he nearly parts with the valuable stamp collection that Chas has passed down to him. It's up to his friends to keep him from getting in over his head.

Snuffy wants to be a cloud in the sky. He wonders how he is going to get up there, and then realizes that he could use a balloon to lift him up. He wishes for a balloon and the Fairy Balloon Person (Richard Kind) comes to grant his wish. Since it’s going to take more than one balloon to lift him up, the Fairy Balloon Person keeps adding 5 more balloons each time until they reach 40 balloons. He starts to fly up to the sky going higher and higher. While Snuffy is happy to be seeing birds and other clouds, he starts to get cold and lonely being all by himself. Snuffy wishes to go back down, and his wish is granted. He realizes that everyone he loves is down on Sesame Street and that he would rather be a snuffleupagus than a cloud any day.

Every year Caitlin is chosen in a contest to represent The Khaki Barn and win a free wardrobe. This year, her longtime ""frienemy"" Tricia is NOT going to let it happen so she enters too. When the contest comes to an end, the Khaki Barn rep. cannot choose between Caitlin and Tricia and Tricia challenges Caitlin to a shop off, winner takes all, so of course Caitlin accepts. It looks like Caitlin is about to win, but Tricia trips her as she's swapping bags and Caitlin is disqualified. While that is happening, Jonesy is running a new food booth in the food court called ""Roast Burky Chunklets"" and with help from Jude, Jonesy forgets to refrigerate the meat, and everybody except Caitlin experiences food poisoning, including Tricia. Because of this, Caitlin is crowned the new Khaki Girl.

Meanwhile, Gabrielle faces Carlos' wrath after he learns about the hospital settlement and tries to change their prenuptial agreement in order to keep Gabrielle in check while he serves his jail sentence. Lynette and Bree experience a chill in their friendship after Bree babysits Lynette's kids and dares to discipline Porter. Also, Bree and Rex visit Andrew at the teen rehab camp where they learn some shocking news about their son. Lastly, Felicia gets closer to Zach and reveals some disturbing details about his family in the past.

Preston faces feelings of his dislike of organ harvesting - as a surgeon, he likes saving lives; harvesting organs doesn't save the person's life. George deals with Mac, a friend of the chief, who won't stop flirting with him. He is in need of a new liver. Meredith is fed up with Alex showing off as she continues trying to push Derek away. She also is reaching the limits of Issie's sunshine and George's politeness as she goes on living with them. Then there is their desire to see Meredith's mother's medical tapes. Getting through the day, Meredith realizes the keys to winning the race.

Malcolm discovers a man, Norm, living in the Lucky Aide. He agrees to keep Norm's secret as long as he provides Malcolm with tidbits on his new crush, a fellow Lucky Aide employee. Meanwhile, when Reese takes a job as an exterminator, he quickly learns that to drum up business he must infest the neighbors' lawns, and chooses caterpillars as his weapon. But instead of spreading the caterpillars, he has a change of heart and begins to nurture them, ultimately leading to his own menagerie of butterflies.

Acknowledging the wrong she has done, Maud knows she must escape Mrs Sucksby if she is to rescue Sue. She manages to get out and finds her way to an old business associate of her uncle's, but he refuses to help and sends her away. Alone in the alleyways and streets of London and unaware of the dangers that lurk, Maud falls prey to sexual predators and realises she has no choice but to return to Lant Street. Mrs Sucksby is overjoyed to see her and Maud discovers that she is in fact Mrs Sucksby's own daughter. Meanwhile, employing all the underhanded tricks that her childhood has taught her, Sue escapes from the asylum. She heads for London where she plans to get her revenge on Maud for what she sees as betrayal. At Mrs Sucksby's, Sue confronts Maud, Mrs Sucksby and Rivers; a huge row ensues and in a struggle Rivers is killed. Despite Maud being guilty of Rivers' murder, Mrs Sucksby confesses to protect both girls and soon after is executed for the crime.

Phoebe, Drake & Paige rush to save Piper by attempting to locate Leo, who's memory has been wiped clean by the Elders in attempt to allow him to choose his own destiny: be an Elder forever or choose Piper, and become mortal.
