In the early 20th century a young woman takes a job as a teacher in a one-room schoolhouse. One of her students, Mica, secretly takes extra books home to read. When the teacher confronts him, she finds that the boy is reading the books to his ailing grandfather - who claims to be more than a hundred and forty years old! A young DJ working the graveyard shift at a radio station rediscovers a record album by her boyfriend who disappeared five years ago. When he suddenly appears again, she is surprised and upset.

When Nanny's TV breaks, and she complains that she can't watch the news, the Babies create their own news channel, ""MBC"". Each Muppet creates his/her own show, including Kermit and Fozzie in a newscast, and Piggy in her own soap opera.

Season 2, Episode 2
Lester comes home from work sick, with the assumption that he has the flu. Using a bell that Sandra gives him, he drives Mary crazy with his demands for ""water"" and ""celery salt"" for his soup. She just assumes that he is being a big baby. Asking Brenda to watch Lester for a little while, Mary goes shopping and gets a pedicure and manicure (something she was not able to do earlier with Pearl and Rose). When she returns, Lester is being carried into an ambulance because he has appendicitis and needs to go to the hospital. Mary is worried to death because she can't see Lester in the operating room, so she sneaks in. The operation is OK.
Disney's Adventures of the Gummi Bears
Season 2, Episode 6
When Cubbi claims he is serious about Calla's knighthood from "Up, Up & Away", the annoyed Gummis suggest he go into the forest to be a hero. After saving some people, Cubbi gets the reputation as "the Crimson Avenger". Although Cubbi has done a good job by protecting people from a highwayman trying to rob them, the thief elects to move into Dunwyn Castle - along with chances for juicier crimes, which end up causing problems for Calla, Cavin and King Gregor.
Pee-wee's Playhouse

Cowboy Curtis decides to have a cowboy-style snack (slow-cooked steak) and shows Pee-wee how to square dance. Pee-wee shows Curtis how to pogo, and Dixie gets her name on the "back" of her new jacket.

Mama's Family

Mama is the editor of the years church bazaar cookbook, in it she plans to use her own recipe for Chili. Iola objects thinking it should be hers that Mama uses. Soon Naomi too throws her hat in the ring, saying she makes the best Chili. So the three decide to have to a chili cook-off with the winner getting her recipe in the cookbook. Vint, being stuck in the middle of this brewing argument, is choosen, against his will, as the judge of the contest. All three have identical supplies, with Mama and Iola also have identical ingredients. While Naomi's chili is far different from the other two as it includes two giant cans of store bought chili, plus beer, cheetos and several other items not usually associated with chili. Each bringing back a certain memory from one of her ex-husbands or boyfriends. Each bowl is lettered as the contest begins and Vint decides the 'B' bowl is the best, which belongs to Iola, and she runs home to show her father and dare her mother to throw it out again.
The Golden Girls

Dorothy dumps a depressed Stan on Blanche but then becomes incredibly jealous when Blanche and Stan hit it off. Meanwhile, Sophia and Rose begin selling sandwiches on the Boardwalk but they inadvertently make an enemy of another vendor, "Johnny No Thumbs".

After the specter of Jeff Wainwright haunts Maggie, she overcomes her intrinisic fear of firearms and purchases a gun for protection. When Maggie's daughter Vickie returns home, she admits that not only has she has gone through two divorces, but that she lied about being a famous ballet dancer. Despite the ballistics test results, Maggie refuses to believe that a member could be responsible for shooting Chase. At Falcon Crest, Angela considers a foreclosure. In spite of a few close calls, Kit succeeds in hiding her past from Peter.
SilverHawks

The Mob takes over Bedlama, kidnapping Governor Xandor and replacing him with Mo-Lec-U-Lar and arming it with tanks and missiles enough to defeat the Silverhawks and conquer the galaxy of Limbo. Can the Silverhawks save Xandor and free Bedlama from the Mob's tyranny?

The Centurions defend an Arctic base against Doc Terror's forces, but inadvertently uncover a frozen dinosaur which Jake discovers while out on his own after the battle. The dinosaur attacks the base, and the Centurions attempt to stop it. Terror observes the beast heading towards Dominion and captures it, intending to use it against the Centurions. Feeling sorry for the creature, Amber accidentally releases it. It then soon breaks out of Dominion with her and heads towards San Francisco, where the Centurions have to stop it and rescue Amber. Science Lesson: Polar ice caps by Max.

BETA gets a message from the rebels on Wollcam. It seems the Queen is back, and is looking for a legendary Stargate, a wormhole leading to a parallel universe. The only person who seems to know anything about it is a Captain Weege, who is the sole crew of a submarine. Weege wants nothing to do with the Rangers, though he does take an interest in Niko. It's an uneasy partnership, as Captain Foxx and Captain Weege can't seem to decide at first who is in charge.
