Chris takes on the challenge of convincing Clare to take a packed lunch to work. He wants to prove to her that not only could it save her a lot of money, but it doesn’t have to consist of limp lettuce leaves and soggy sandwiches. Chris also visits the UK's first zero waste restaurant to see if it is possible to dine out sustainably.
